Chappy & Friends Was Excited to Welcome A Project In Central America. The Project Had Been Approached By A US-based Foundation That Wanted to Lend Support But Needed A 501(c)(3) to Be Able to Proceed. The Project is Run By A US Citizen Living There. They Provide Spay-neuter and Immunization Clinics to Local Pets. Nearly All of The $12,000 Grant Was Spent There to Support These Documented Expenses. We Also Were Happy to Help A First Ever Dog Rescue In A County In Eastern TX. Total Grants to This Project Were In The $32,000 Range. Through Us They Were Able to Raise Significant Sums to Build Buildings and Runs to House and Exercise The Dogs. Another Notable Project is Melodys Haven of Hope for Discarded Work Horses With Nowhere to Go. They Are Cared for and Rehabilitated. Local Children Are Invited Out to Visit Routinely. We Were Able to Pass Along Support of About $18,000 This Year. We Continue to Provide Service to An Animal Hospital, A Forensic Veterinary Investigator, and A Number of
