THIS MERIT-BASED SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM WAS CREATED for THE PURPOSE of GIVING BACK to ITS COMMUNITY of PROFESSIONALS IN THE EFFORT to FURTHER THE KNOWLEDGE BASE and SKILL SETS of INDIVIDUALS. THIS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM is BEING ADMINISTERED IN HONOR of JOEL GOLDENBERG, A PAST PRESIDENT of THE BOSTON AREA CHAPTER, WHOSE WISH WAS to SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL PURSUITS of INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY for PHARMACEUTICAL ENGINEERING (ISPE) MEMBERS and OTHERS LOOKING to FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION and CAREER DEVELOPMENT IN THE FIELD of PHARMACEUTICAL ENGINEERING. THE CORPORATION SHALL BE ORGANIZED and OPERATED EXCLUSIVIELY for CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, and EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING of 501(C)(3) of THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE of 1986, AS NOW IN EFFECT or AS MAY HEREAFTER BE AMENDED ("THE CODE") and SECTION 4 (A)OF CHAPTER 180 of THE MASSACHUSETTS GENERAL
