The Purpose of The Hawaii Mountain Bike Association is to Improve The Physical, Mental, and Social Health of The Community By Through Mountain Biking and Related Activities. The Hawaii Mountain Bike Association Organized Itself, Called Directors, Was Approved for 501c3 Status, Created Its Website and Began Planning Guided Mountain Bike Rides to Begin The First Weekend In 2018. Contacts With The Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources Were Established In Order to Coordinate Opportunities for Officers and Members to Help The State Build and Maintain Hiking/biking Trails On The Island. The 2018 Calendar of Activities Was Created and Posted to The Public Which Included Trail Maintenance Days, Weekly Guided Mountain Bike Rides and Skills Clinics. 17 Members Joined During The Months of November and December 2017.
