RUFF & TUMBLE PROMOTES RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNERSHIP IN THE COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATIONAL and RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, DEMONSTRATION EVENTS, and TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES, THUS ENCOURAGING CURRENT and POTENTIAL DOG OWNERS to DEVELOP A MORE MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR CANINE COMPANIONS and THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE.
