Serve As An Extensive Library of Materials and Data Catalogs Related to The Public Knowledge of Exotic Propulsion Theories, Concepts, Devices, and Development Resources. 5. Sponsor Public Lectures, Educational, Technical and Scientific Conferences and The Publication of Technical and Popular Articles, Books and Other Public Media.
