The Website Focused On California Civil Discovery Laws and Provided The Names of Cases Relevant to A Particular Discovery Device (i.e. Depositions, Interrogatories, Document Production) and Issue. The Expenses Incurred During 2018 Involved Working With An Independent Contractor to Retrieve The Data From The Original Website and Begin to Organize and Create A New Website, Including Understanding How to Best Update The Information That Was Becoming More and More Stale With The Passage of Time. The Organization Unsuccessfully Attempted to Get Funding and Support From The California Lawyers Association Through The Business Law Section Within The Business Litigation Committee, of Which The 3 Directors Were Members.
