THE ULTIMATE GOAL is to MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS, for SPECIFIC LEGISLATION, to ELECTED LEADERS IN MONTANA AIMED AT MODERNIZING THE MONTANA WORKERS COMPENSATION SYSTEM INSURANCE MARKETPLACE BY FULL PRIVATIZATION of THAT MARKETPLACE. SIGNIFICANT EDUCATIONAL EFFORTS MAY BE TAKEN to ENSURE MONTANAS BUSINESS COMMUNITY HAS AN UNDERSTANDING of THE STATUS of THE CURRENT WORKERS COMPENSATION SYSTEM and POSSIBLE REFORMS.
