SIGNIFICANT EDUCATIONAL EFFORTS MAY BE TAKEN to ENSURE MONTANAS BUSINESS COMMUNITY HAS AN UNDERSTANDING of THE STATUS of THE CURRENT WORKERS COMPENSATION SYSTEM and POSSIBLE REFORMS.
