Our Name Was Legally Changed With NYS In October 2019. Paperwork Was Submitted to The IRS On March 4, 2020, But to Date We Have Not Received Confirmation Whether The Name Change Was Processed By The IRS. We Plan to Resubmit and Request Another Confirmation In March 2021.
