OUR PEER SUPPORT MENTOR PROGRAM CONNECTS YOUTH WITH MENTORS WHO SHARED LIVED EXPERIENCES, OFFERING GUIDANCE, ENCOURAGEMENT, and EMOTIONAL SUPPORT. THROUGH OUR LIFE SKILLS COACHING PROGRAM, YOUNG ADULTS RECEIVE PERSONALIZED INSTRUCTION IN ESSENTIAL AREAS SUCH AS FINANCIAL LITERACY CAREER READINESS, and INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS-HELPING THEM BUILD CONFIDENCE and RESILIENCE. ADDITIONALLY, OUR TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM PROVIDES A SAFE, STABLE LIVING ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOUTH CAN FOCUS ON EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT, and PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. TOGETHER, THESE SERVICES CREATE A HOLISTIC SUPPORT SYSTEM THAT ENABLES FOSTER YOUTH to OVERCOME CHALLENGES and ACHIEVE LASTING SUCCESS.
