What they do

L.I.T. Has Continued to Serve Adolescent Males and Now Females. L.I.T. Works to Establish The Lifting of The Current Standards Within Their Communities By Providing Instructional Training That Provides Them With Strategies and Tools to Address Their Mental and Emotional Health While Also Developing Life and Independent Living Skills. In 2025, I Served 40 Schools Across 4 School Districts, to Include Private and Public Schools, Which Indicates Approximately Over 894 Adolescents and 580 Educators, Teaching Partners, Behavioral Coaches, and Mental Health Providers Within The School District With Program Development and Strategic Planning Alignment, and Newly Created Training Tools That I Have Developed; This Includes Educators Supporting Students With Disabilities and Those Without. I Push Into The Formal Instructional Time of Educators, Provide 1 -on-1 and Group Coaching and Consultation. I Also Facilitate Student and Educator Social-emotional Wellness Training, Developed and Facilitated
