Our Largest Program Area is Our Work In The State of Ceará, Brazil. We Are Working Together With A Coalition of Organizations to Support The State Environmental Secretariat In Developing Cearás Climate Action and Sustainability Plan. Specifically, We Are Identifying The Areas Most Vulnerable to Climate Induced Land Degradation and Desertification, and The Impact of These Changes On Biodiversity and Social Well-being (measured Via The UN SDG Indicators) In Order to Inform State Planning. Through Our Collaboration With These Partners, We Are Also Beginning to Support The Development of The States First Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory and Net-zero Climate Action Plan.
