TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (BUSINESS COACHING, ADVISING, EDUCATION and MENTORING). REFERRALS for FREE and LOW-COST BUSINESS RESOURCES. EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS ON ACCESS to CAPITAL.
