What they do
We Have Continued to Offer Low Cost Classes to Our Members and The Community Including Our First Ever Training On Our CNC Router With Trial Membership. This Allowed People With Product Ideas to Use This Powerful Production Tool Without Needing to Pay for A Long Term Commitment. We Also Launched Our Individual Shop Spaces to Support Small Scale Businesses In A Low Cost Environment With Quick Access to Large Machinery. We Launched Our First Virtual Class On 3D Design Software, Allowing Us to Serve People Well Beyond Our Immediate Geographic Area. Another First Was A Bandsaw Box Class We Held Three Times, Which Went Beyond Project-based Learning to Teach Woodworking Foundational Skills. At The End of Our Last Fiscal Year, We Had Taken Over A Local Free Art Trail That Was In Danger of Being Discontinued and Played The Role of Primary Organizer and Were Able to Offer Free Pop Up Studio Space to Artists Who Wanted to Participate.
