Trained Volunteers Operated Four Programs Throughout The Year to Provide Therapy Services to Underserved Communities, Including Understanding Your Disability, Empowering Your Patient, Caring for Caregivers, and Mental Health & Wellness for Your Patient. We Utilize The Training-of-Trainers (ToT) Model, In Which Experienced Professionals Impart Their Expertise to Others Who, In Turn, Become Trainers Themselves. This Cascading Effect Creates A Sustainable and Scalable Method for Disseminating Knowledge and Skills Through A Multidisciplinary Community. TBB Has Trained 5,160 People to Date Across 149 Training Events, Which Has Led to An Estimated Impact On Over 52,000 People.
