DREAM CHICAGO is REQUIRED BY SCHOOL PARTNERS to CHARGE A PARTICIPATION FEE for STUDENTS, WHICH WILL REPRESENT 10 PER STUDENT, PER STUDIO CLASS for OUR AFTER SCHOOL OFFERINGS. HOWEVER, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE is AVAILABLE to ENSURE ACCESS and THAT NO STUDENT WILL BE TURNED AWAY DUE to INABILITY to PAY.
