ONCE A MONTH AT THE JEFFERSON COUNTY MIDDLE SCHOOL and THE OTHER TIME is AT VARIOUS LOCATIOINS IN EAST TN. 1,000 to 1500 AT EACH EVENT BY 50 VOLUNTEERS.
