THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES INFORMATION CONCERNING THE THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS and ASSIST RESIDENTS IN CONTACTING and WORKING WITH THE APPROPRIATE THIRD PARTY ORGANIZATION to SECURE THE NEEDED SERVICES.
