Jakmel Ekspresyon JE Originally Founded In 2010 After The Haiti Earthquake As A Community Art Center JE is An Augmented School In Jacmel Haiti Now Serving Over 700 Students At A Minimum Cost to The Students and Functions As A Not-for-profit Organization Supported Primarily By Donations JE Offers Classes In The Arts Technology Trade Skills Sciences Etc Taught By Local Faculty and International Volunteers JE Also Provides Lecture Meeting and Gallery Space for Local Community Groups The Objective of JE is to Provide People In The Jacmel Haiti Community With A Place of Non-discrimination That Meets The Express Needs of The Community and The Opportunity to Learn Job Skills Leading to Employment Grants to JE Support The Operations of The School and Many of The Special Programs It Offers
