What they do

During The Tax Year The Organization Delivered Integrated Educational Programming Across Three Primary Service Areas: Youth Development Environmental Stewardship and Workforce Development. Under Youth Development 50 Youth Each Participated In A Minimum of 36 Instructional and Experiential Hours Focused On Character Development Leadership Teamwork and Resilience Through Hands-on Activities Including Equestrian Care First Aid Training Wilderness Survival Skills Permaculture Practices and Ecologically Beneficial Construction Methods. In Environmental Stewardship Programming 42 Youth Completed At Least 24 Hours Each of Applied Environmental Education Including Water Quality Testing Habitat Restoration Principles Sustainable Land Use Practices and Regenerative Agriculture Techniques Designed to Promote Conservation Literacy and Long-term Environmental Responsibility. In Workforce Development 20 Youth Received Practical Job-readiness Training Including Eight Youth Completing 20 Hours Each an
