CHILL OFFERS A MYRIAD of WRAP AROUND SUPPORTS to THESE YOUNG ADULTS to ENSURE HOUSING STABILITY. THESE SUPPORTS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED to THE FOLLOWING SUPPORTIVE SERVICES: EMPLOYMENT, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES, CHILD DEVELOPMENT and NEW PARENTING SUPPORT, DAILY LIFE SKILLS, AS WELL AS CREATING A PLAN for THE FUTURE, ALL WHILE CONNECTING THESE YOUNG ADULTS to OTHER COMMUNITY AGENCIES, CHURCHES, EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCES, PROGRAMS, or SUPPORTIVE INDIVIDUALS to ASSIST THEM AS THEY MOVE INTO ADULT LIFE.
