THE CENTER PROVIDES INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING, GROUP THERAPY, FAMILY THERAPY, and COUPLES COUNSELING to HELP CLIENTS WORK THROUGH A VARIETY of ISSUES SUCH AS DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, TRAUMA, RELATIONSHIP PROBLEMS, and OTHER MENTAL HEALTH CONCERNS. BY PROVIDING THESE SERVICES, THE COUNSELING CENTER HELPS CLIENTS IMPROVE THEIR EMOTIONAL and PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING, WHICH CAN LEAD to BETTER OUTCOMES IN THEIR PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL LIVES.
