OUR COMMUNITY QUARTERBACK APPROACH ENGAGES RESIDENTS, IDENTIFIES THEIR STRENGTHS and NEEDS and CONNECTS RESIDENTS WITH HOUSING, EDUCATIONAL/EMPLOYMENT and COMMUNITY WELLNESS SERVICES THAT IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY of LIFE. WE ALSO RALLY RESIDENTS to CHALLENGE and IMPROVE THESE SAME SYSTEMS and HELP BUILD A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD THAT BENEFITS ALL.
