The Mentorship Program and Membership Programs Are The Most Successful Programs for AAREP LA. In 2023, We Mentored 11 Mentees. They Learned From 9 of Our Most Seasoned Professionals Within The Network. We Also Sent 5 Members to Project REAP (Real Estate Associates Program) Where They Participated In 8 Weeks of Learning About Real Estate, The Different Realms, Positions, and Accomplishments That Can Be Achieved. Our Membership is Up to 240 Members. We Have Incorporated A Student Membership Component That Has Received Great Feedback From Local Universities Such As USC and UCLA.
