Dealing With Divorce (DWD) Provides Accessible, Virtual Support Groups Sunday Through Thursday At 7 PM MST. These Support Groups Allow Individuals Affected By Divorce - Including Divorcees and Children of Divorce - Find Support, Learn About Others Experiences, Engage In Self-discovery, and Continue Healing From The Effects of Divorce (including Mental and Physical Health Consequences, Financial Consequences, and More). DWD Currently Has 20 Facilitators Who Conduct The Virtual Support Groups, and 180 Members Who Receive The Weekly Newsletters and Invites to The Weekly Meetings. In A Recent Data Analysis of Member Surveys Performed At A Local University, DWD Support Groups Were Found to Significantly Alleviate The Effects of Divorce, Especially The Mental and Emotional Effects. DWD Also Provides Training and Educational Resources to Volunteer Facilitators, Grant Writers, Social Media Interns, and Community Outreach Coordinators to Further Their Skill Sets and Abilities.
