We Are Helping Support Radio Scouting STEM Programs for W1PTG Pilipinas Testing Group & DX1MC Radio Scouting Philippines - Manila Council Through A One-time Unusual Grant From ARDC. With One Director On-site to Personally Mange That STEM Education Project.
