CSU STRATA PROVIDES PROPERTY and EQUIPMENT LEASING, PATENT and LICENSING MANAGEMENT, DEBT FINANCING THROUGH MORTGAGE DEBT SERVICE, and LAND ACQUISITION, DEVELOPMENT and PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
