THE AIDS COALITION for EDUCATION (ACE) WAS FORMED IN 1986 and is COMPRISED of OVER 30 PUBLIC and PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS and INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN HIV, VIRAL HEPATITIS, SEXUAL HEALTH CARE and PREVENTION SERVICES. ACE HAS PRODUCED SINCE 1987 THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE COMPENDIUM of HIV INFORMATION, RESOURCES and SERVICES WITHIN THE STATE of COLORADO for PROVIDERS and CONSUMERS. IT HAS BEEN AVAILABLE ONLINE IN A SEARCHABLE DATABASE AT WWW.ACECOLORADO.ORG. IN THE FALL, 2021, ACE TRANSFERRED OWNERSHIP of THE DIRECTORY and ITS DATBASE to THE COLORADO HEALTH NETWORK. THIS WAS DONE IN PREPARATION IN 2022 for ACES SOLE DELIVERABLE to BECOME THE U.S. NATIONAL SEXUAL HEALTH CONFERENCE. ACE HAS SERVED AS SPONSOR, CO-PLANNER and FISCAL AGENT for THE BIENNIAL NATIONAL SEXUAL HEALTH CONFERENCE. IN DECEMBER, THE BOARD MOVED FORWARD to THE MEMBERSHIP AMMENDED and RESTATED ARTICLES of INCOPORATION REFLECTIVE of THIS PROGRAMMATIC SHIFT. THESE ARTICLES WERE VOTED ON BY THE MEBERSHIP AT ITS ANNUAL MEETING ON
