This PTCO is A Subordinate Organization of and is Organized Under Authority Granted By The Cherry Creek School District Parent Teacher Community Council, Inc., Otherwise Known As CCSD Parents Council. E. This PTCO is Organized Solely for Charitable, Scientific, Literary or Educational Purposes As Defined In Section 501(c)(3) of The Internal Revenue Code. This Organization is Not A Private Foundation.
