TEENS WORK TOGETHER to BUILD A CUMULATIVE EVENT WITH A LOCAL ARTIST to CREATE A PUBLIC INSTALLATION. TEEN REPS MAKE CROSS-CULTURAL VISITS to SHARE EACH OTHERS INSTALLATIONS.
