What they do
Progressive Pipeline Provided Long-term Career Support to More Than 200 Fellowship Alumni Who Are Traditionally Underrepresented. The Organization Supported These Students and Recent Graduates Interested In Launching Social Change Careers. The Organization Also Helped to Identify Potential Roles That Would Align With Their Professional and Personal Goals, Coached Them Through Telling Their Stories to Employers, and Offered Support and Advice As They Navigated The Job Hunt. The Organization Also Developed and Maintained A Set of Written Resources and Guides to Support Aspiring Early-career Nonprofit and Social Impact Staff In Expanding Their Networks, Securing Employment, and Building Practices for Sustainably and Self-care. In Keeping With Our Commitment to Building A Stronger, More Diverse Talent Pipeline, More Than 75 Percent of The Students Who We Supported Identified As People of Color and More Than 70 Percent Identified As Women or Non-binary.
