In 2025, Movement Migration Delivered A Robust Array of Dance-based Programming Reaching Diverse Populations Across Charlotte and Beyond. Movement Migration Offered 169 Dance Classes to 415 Participants In Traditional and Nontraditional Dance Studio Settings, Including Recreation Centers, Adult Daycare Centers, Schools, and A Library. Movement Migration Professional Dance Artists Offered 8 Performances to 7,882 Audience Members. With Support From The Arts & Science Councils Culture Blocks Funding, We Offered Bi-weekly Movement Classes for Senior Citizens At The David B. Waymer Center, Employing A Team of Instructors, Assistants, and Live Musicians. These Programs Reached 95 Senior Citizens.
