THE CHARITY WORKS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH IMMIGRANT and RACIAL JUSTICE ORGANIZERS to DEVELOP LEGAL and ADVOCACY STRATEGIES AIMED AT PREVENTING THE CRIMINALIZATION, DETENTION, and DEPORTATION of IMMIGRANTS and PEOPLE of COLOR IN THE UNITED STATES, to FILE LEGAL CASES THAT DEFEND HUMAN and CIVIL RIGHTS SECURED BY LAW and CHALLENGE THREATS to THOSE RIGHTS, and to EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT
