THE DCHA is A MAIN STREET ORGANIZATION THAT PRODUCES SEVERAL YEARLY COMMUNITY EVENTS to DRAW PEOPLE INTO THE DOWNTOWN AREA. WE ALSO IMPLEMENT VARIOUS PROJECTS to HELP ENHANCE THE APPEARANCE, SAFETY and VIBRANCY of THE DOWNTOWN SUCH AS PLANTERS, COMMUNITY ART, and FLOWER BASKETS.
