FOSTER VILLAGE MEMPHIS
EIN 84-3594438 · Children & Youth Services (P30)
What they do
This Year, We Have Seen Gods Faithfulness and Guidance In Profound Ways Across Foster Village Memphis. What Went Well: Our Caregiver Gatherings and TEEN Connect Programs Have Grown, Creating Spaces Where Families and Teens Feel Supported, Valued, and Empowered. Volunteers and Church Partners, Like Christ Methodist Church, Have Stepped In Generously With Time, Resources, and Expertise, Helping Us Meet The Immediate Needs of Children Entering Foster Care. Meal Train Initiatives Have Provided Practical, Tangible Support to Families During Times of Transition, Demonstrating Care and Fostering Deeper Community Connections. Relationships Within Our Village Have Strengthened, With Caregivers Investing In Others and Teens Forming Meaningful Connections That Reflect The Love and Hope of Christ. Challenges Faced: Funding Remains Critically Low, Which Has Limited Our Capacity to Expand Programs and Sustain Operations At Full Strength. Recruiting and Onboarding The Right Leaders for New Caregiver
