What they do
OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS HAVE SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED AWARENESS and UNDERSTANDING of DISABILITY-RELATED ISSUES AMONG BUSINESSES IN THE RGV. BUSINESSES IMPROVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMPLIANCE WITH ADA REGULATIONS, and INCREASED HIRES. COMPANIES HAVE REPORTED ENHANCED PRODUCTIVITY, REDUCED TURNOVER RATES, and IMPROVED EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION. THEY GAINED ACCESS to A DIVERSE TALENT POOL. WE HAVE RECEIVED ACCOLADES FROM BOTH BUSINESS LEADERS and MEMBER of THE DISABILITY COMMUNITY for OUR COMMITMENT to DRIVING POSITIVE CHANGE. OUR EFFORTS HAVE GARNERED ATTENTION and SUPPORT FROM VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, MEDIA, and CORPORATE PARTNERS.

Money made simple
Ask these three easy questions
- Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
- What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
- Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.
Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
