THE ORGANIZATION BELIEVES THAT CHANGE is ACHIEVED INCREMENTALLY. THE ORGANIZATION WILL CONTACT THE PRINCIPALS of STRUGGLING ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS and FIND OUT HOW IT CAN ASSIST WITH ITS SMALLEST NEEDS: SCHOOL SUPPLIES, WHITEBOARDS, GROUNDS BEAUTIFICATION, MOTIVATIONAL POSTERS... FROM THERE, IF THE SCHOOL DESIRES, IT WILL ATTEMPT to ASSIST WITH EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS and METHODS.
