What they do
Retain Your Brain Program - From September to May, We Implemented The Retain Your Brain Program, Focusing On Peer Support and Self-care to Enhance Student Mental Well-being. At Zenith, We Facilitated 19 Biweekly Peer Support Group Sessions, Serving 48 Students. A New Location At The BVL Library Enabled Us to Host 10 Biweekly Sessions From January to May, Reaching 8 Students. Additionally, We Offered 21 Virtual Biweekly Peer Support Sessions From August to May. to Further Support Mental Health, We Conducted 3 Rounds of A 6-week Self-Care Series (2 Virtual and 1 In-person), Which Benefited 68 Participants In The Community.
