WE ALSO AIM to FORGE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL GOVERNMENTS and ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS to DEVELOP TARGETED EDUCATION and TRAINING PROGRAMS THAT WILL FACILITATE THE GROWTH of A KNOWLEDGEABLE and TALENTED WORKFORCE.
