Jugaads 2024 Emerging Leaders Cohort Took Place From March-September With Recruiting and Applications In January-February and Public Kick-Off March and Graduation September Events. This Years Cohort Graduated 11 Members and Met for 7 Monthly Sessions to Connect With Fellow Cohort Members Meet Local Leaders and Study Topics Related to Job-seeking Civic Leadership Professional Development and Other Cohort-driven Interests. The Cohort Program Includes A Trip to The MN State Capital to Meet Local Elected Officials Tour Historic Civic Buildings and Be Immersed In Experiential Learning About Civic Engagement. In 2024 We Were Able to Bring A Group of 9 Program Alumni Board Members and Staff to Washington DC for A 3-day National Civics Field Trip Which Included Visiting The White House.
