HIS FAMILY CAME to AMERICA IN THE 1620S WITH A HERITAGE BREED of CATTLE. THIS LINE of FAMILY and CATTLE HAS EXISTED SINCE THEN, BUT HE WILL PROBABLY BE THE LAST of HIS LINE. THE PIECE CALLS ATTENTION to THE PLIGHT of SMALL FARMERS, WHO ARE AGING OUT of THE AGRICULTURAL SYSTEM. THE FILM WAS OFFICIALLY RELEASED IN FALL 2025, and HAS BEEN SHOWN AT MULTIPLE FILM FESTIVALS ACROSS THE U.S. WE ALSO HELPED to PRODUCE A SERIES ACCEPTED for PUBLIC TV CALLED "SON of A BUTCHER." IT TELLS THE STORY of A YOUNG MAN IN CENTRAL PA, WHO RAISES BEEF CATTLE and WORKS IN THE FAMILY GROCERY. FAMILY, FARM, RECIPIES and SCIENCE CONNECT PEOPLE WITH THEIR FOOD SUPPLY.
