GATHERINGS ARE HELD EVERY SEASON. THERE ARE AT LEAST 4 GATHERINGS A YEAR and ADDITIONAL COMMUNITY MEETINGS and EVENTS. GENERAL EXPENSES for THESE EVENTS ARE to PURCHASE HEALTHY FOODS to FEED THE PEOPLE DURING THE EVENTS, GAS CARDS for COMMUNITY MEMBERS to ATTEND THE EVENTS, RENT for RESERVING THE SPACES, for PAYING HELPERS and COOKS DURING THE EVENT (CONTRACTORS), PROMOTIONAL ITEMS APPROPRIATE for THE SEASONAL EVENT (WZGT STICKERS, BAGS, SWEATSHIRTS). THE YOUTH PROGRAM is DESIGNED to ENGAGE and SUPPORT YOUTH IN THE PROMOTION of CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AS WELL AS IN THEIR EDUCATIONAL ENDEAVORS.
