THE INTENSIVE CASE MANAGER MET WITH or CALLED CLIENTS ON A WEEKLY BASIS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING for ALL CLIENTS ON A WEEKLY BASIS and PROVIDED A WEEKLY ADDICTION SUPPORT GROUP AS WELL AS WEEKLY or BI-WEEKLY INDIVIDUAL ADDITION COUNSELING SESSIONS for ALL CLIENTS.
