Summer Camp: In 2025, W.A.K.E., Inc. Started Its Sixth Year. We Hosted A 2-day Fishing Camp With 4 Campers and 1 Volunteers and 2 Board Members. Campers Learned How to Dipnet Fish for Salmon. They Also Proxy Fished for Several Elderly and Disabled In Our Community. Overall, They Caught Over 100 Fish and Distributed Filets to The Community. Mentor Program: W.A.K.E., Inc. Worked With 17 Mentees In Our Mentorship Program Throughout The Year Engaging In One-on-one Interactions With The Youth and Their Families As Well As Small Group Excursions to The Museum, Athletic Events, and Smaller Fishing and Camping Trips. We Continued to Host Virtual Workshops to Include Youth From Alaska, Louisiana, Georgia, Arizona and Florida. Scholarships: W.A.K.E., Inc. Did Not Award Any Scholarships In 2025.
