In Matters of Administration, However, The Tsiwa Association Maintains Its Independence and Shall Be Governed By The Congregation, and By Its Duly Elected Executive of Trustees In Accordance With The Religious Incorporation Law and Other Relevant Regulations of The State of Massachusetts and This By-law. C) Matters Regarding The Administration Status of Alignment of The Tsiwa Association and All Other Issues Are Decided By The General Assembly (Congregation) of The Tsiwa Association Based On This By-law.
