On May 3 2024 We Partnered With Astrolab Contemporary to Launch The Biodiversa Foundation Through An Art Exhibition In Tribeca NYC. The Show Featured 22 Female Artists Who Created Paintings and Sculptures Inspired By Sound Recordings From Our Nature Reserve El Silencio. The Objective of The Event Was to Promote The Biodiversa Foundation On The East Coast of The U.S. and to Foster Dialogue Around Conservation Through The Lense of Art. As A Result of This Event We Expanded Our Network of Contacts and Supports Including The New York Botanical Garden With Whom We Are Currently Developing A Partnership to Help Expand The Woods of Memory Project. Transfer of Beekeeping Equipment Including Hives Smokers Protective Suits and Educational Materials. This Grant Was Made to Further The Organizations Exempt Purpose of Advancing Science Education and Charitable Work By Supporting A Local Community and The Surrounding Ecosystem With A Designated Wildlife Reserve.
