We Conducted 1,245 Home and Nursing Home Visits, Offering Consistent, Compassionate Engagement That Significantly Enhanced The Emotional Well-being of Seniors. Our Caring Connections Card Program Expanded Its Reach, Delivering 2,200 Personalized, Handwritten Cards, Bringing Comfort and Joy to Those Experiencing Loneliness.
