Our Mission is to Advance Social Health - The Aspect of Well-being That Comes From Our Relationships, Connections, and Sense of Belonging - As A Vital Pillar of Overall Health. Through Our Three Core Strategies - Innovate, Educate, and Advocate - We Transform Scientific Evidence and Community Wisdom Into Solutions That Strengthen Connection, Reduce Loneliness, and Improve Mental and Physical Health Outcomes. We Co-create Programs With Communities Most Affected By Social Disconnection, Including People Impacted By Disability, Caregiving, Low Income, Immigration Barriers, and Social or Cultural Exclusion. Together, Were Building A Future Where Social Health is Recognized, Resourced, and Integrated Across Healthcare, Policy, and Community Systems, So That No One is Left Out of The Connections That Sustain or Restore Well-being.
