THE FUND INTENDS to PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS to ELIGIBLE CREEK BENEFICIARIES DIRECTLY RELATED to ATTENDANCE AT COLLEGES or UNIVERSITIES. FINALLY, THE FUND ALSO INTENDS to PROVIDE GRANTS to 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS.
