Project Love Chicago Created Our Life After Basketball Camp to Provide Meaningful Programming for Under-served Youth That Fosters Character and Leadership Development Academic Excellence and Community Involvement. The Target Group We Serve is 6th-12th Grade Under-served Youth Boys In Englewood Who Play Basketball. A Lot of Our Campers Have Inadequate Educational Athletic and Employment Resources. They Also Lack Access to Safe Extracurricular Activities. We Serve A Total of 50 Youth and It Cost Us $400 Per Student $20,000 In Total to Run Our Summer Basketball Camp. for Six Weeks We Provide Free Basketball Camps That Focus On Basketball Skill Development But Also Career Exploration Mental & Physical Health & Wellness Financial Literacy Education and Entrepreneurship. We Give The Youth The Opportunity to Connect With Current & Former College & Professional Athletes That Played At The Highest Levels.
