Public Education & Outreach Educating and Supporting Texans About Liver Health and Liver Disease is Core to Our Mission. In 2025 We Met With Hundreds of Texans Across The State to Share Life-saving Information About Liver Health, Disease Prevention, and Early Signs to Watch For. * We Attended 5 Health Fairs and Visited A Number of Schools. At Each Health Fair, We Distributed Educational Coloring Books Related to Liver Health and Information On Nutrition and Liver Health. * We Participated In A Panel Discussion With Salud America and UT Health San Antonio On The Importance of Patient Advocacy and Living Liver Donation and Launched A Virtual Support Group for Living Liver Donors. We Also Reinstituted Doc Talks, A Virtual Panel Series, With A Session Entitled Living Liver Donation 101: What to Expect, What to Ask, and What No One Tells You. * We Started A Transplant Recipient Virtual Support Group and A Support Group for Liver Disease Caregivers. * Nearly 100 People Received Free Access t
